Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive daily audit procedures for the front desk and all hotel outlets.
  • Verify room and tax entries in the system or register for precision, promptly rectifying any discrepancies. Ensure all charges are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily backups of the front office computer system and night audit software as required.
  • Facilitate the restoration of the front office system, reservations, and other relevant computer maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • Comprehend and adhere to the accounting and credit policies established by the management company.
  • Oversee all front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, payment processing, reservations, PBX management, and responding to calls within three rings. Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service, providing clear directions to their room locations.
