Position Overview:

As a Server in our Azul Restaurant, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet, prepare, and serve beverages to guests in accordance with HEI Hotels and Resorts' service standards.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Prepare your work area for service before and after each shift.
  • Follow cash handling and banking procedures as outlined by HEI Hotels and Resorts.
  • Complete all assigned side work tasks according to the schedule.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be available for scheduled shifts.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
  • This position requires evening availability from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficient in using point-of-service systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of state liquor laws.
  • Capability to carry large trays weighing up to 30 lbs. through crowded areas consistently throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style for various audiences.
