In this position, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing their reservations and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, distribute room keys, and securely handle payment information.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that accommodations are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Oversee room reservations through various channels, including in-person, online, and via phone, while addressing inquiries regarding room availability, amenities, pricing, special requests, and loyalty programs.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns effectively.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and current records of all guest accounts and transactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong customer service abilities, along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and manage high-pressure situations.
