Position Purpose:
This role serves as a vital collaborator in the enablement of our sales processes and personnel, aimed at minimizing obstacles and friction in client interactions, business development, and account management. As a member of the transformation team, the focus is on optimizing the foundational processes that deliver value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Tools and Systems Management:

  • System Landscape Definition and Management: Enhance tools and technologies for business processes, including the selection of extensions and additional tools in collaboration with the Digital team.
  • Backlog Prioritization: Assess and prioritize system improvement requests and manage the backlog of tickets.
  • Adoption Promotion: Encourage the use of systems and tools as intended to ensure the realization of benefits and value, including conducting regular training sessions for teams.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the Salesforce Administration team responsible for maintaining the accuracy of customer and opportunity management data.
  • Data Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to data quality, conducting regular reviews to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

Reporting Management:

  • System Reporting: Oversee sales tool administration and reporting, including service management metrics and system health indicators.
  • Sales Reporting: Develop or refine reporting mechanisms to enhance visibility into sales and opportunities, collaborating with the BI and Analytics team to derive meaningful insights.

Process Improvement Delivery:

  • Business Process Management: Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation detailing processes, sub-processes, responsible parties, systems utilized, reporting capabilities, and key outcomes.
  • Current State Monitoring: Gather and analyze challenges within processes, including impact assessment and root cause analysis.
  • Future State Definition: Identify, evaluate, and refine opportunities for process improvement, developing proposals for future state process designs.

Executive and Cross-Functional Coordination:
This role's success hinges on the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to manage expectations, promote transparency, and facilitate decision-making. Key collaborators include:

  • Executive Leadership: Division President, Regional VPs, CFO, Chief Controlling Officer.
  • Commercial Teams: Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Customer Success.
  • Salesforce Administration: Salesforce administrators and developers.
  • Operations: Manufacturing and Logistics, Sales Operations.
  • Finance and Controlling: FP&A Teams, BI and Reporting.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Proven experience utilizing Salesforce technologies and extensions to enhance sales and service processes, driving efficiency and revenue growth.
  • A minimum of 5 years in management consulting, sales operations, sales enablement, process improvement, or a related field within a B2B context.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
Desired Knowledge and Experience:
  • Ability to analyze sales and service metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with critical thinking abilities to solve problems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.

Travel Requirements:
This hybrid position necessitates travel of at least 25% to various locations including headquarters, regional offices, sales events, and potentially client sites.
