Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to architect and implement a new value chain for our electrification initiatives. This role will spearhead the development of logistics strategies, kitting processes, and quality control measures for material handling, ensuring optimal performance in our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance logistics and transportation frameworks for efficient product delivery.
- Formulate and oversee packaging strategies that prioritize product safety while minimizing environmental impact.
- Lead kitting initiatives in partnership with third-party logistics providers and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies throughout all processes.
- Establish and implement quality checkpoints for outbound product flow.
- Promote innovation and sustainability in logistics, transportation quality, and packaging practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Skills Required:
- Business Process Design: Proficient in optimizing business processes to enhance organizational performance.
- Process Management: Skilled in utilizing business process improvement methodologies to assess and refine existing workflows.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively across various levels of the organization.
