We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our defense sector sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies aimed at achieving corporate goals within the North American defense market.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of related technical sales experience with engineered solutions in the defense industry. A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques is essential, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve corporate goals
  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities to expand the company's presence in current and new markets
  • Guiding and inspiring a high-performing sales team to drive outstanding results
  • Cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the sales force
  • Creating and delivering accurate sales forecasts, budget proposals, and performance analysis to senior management

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a technical field) and a strong track record of success in sales leadership roles. They will also be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive base salary range of $165k-$190k plus 40% commission.
