Overview of the Sales Manager Role

The Sales Manager at MCR Hotels will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth while delivering exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and marketing, with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing new business opportunities.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Salary is based on experience and qualifications, with a range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed pre-determined booking goals for guest room revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Utilize industry knowledge and trends to drive business development and innovation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel required to and from businesses of potential clients
