Sales Director

The Sales Manager at MCR Hotels will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth while delivering exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and marketing, with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing new business opportunities.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearSalary is based on experience and qualifications, with a range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities- Meet or exceed pre-determined booking goals for guest room revenue
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Utilize industry knowledge and trends to drive business development and innovation
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and progress
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major preferred
- Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Travel required to and from businesses of potential clients
