Sales Director for Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth in the digital large format printing industry.
This is a newly created position due to company expansion, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct, train, and mentor sales staff to achieve company sales objectives.
- Pursue sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with sales executives on calls as needed.
- Develop business relationships in new markets.
- Foster a high-performing sales team by hiring, mentoring, and building skills.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
- Maintain key personal accounts, approximately 40% of time.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the digital large format printing industry.
- At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in the printing industry.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and people skills.
- A proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
- A proven ability to build and nurture a successful sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills.
- Able to travel.
- Team building and business acumen.
- Proficient in PC applications.
Total compensation package between $125,000 and up to $180,000 + benefits, 401(k) match, commissions on total sales, and relocation assistance.
