Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager II to join our team at SCI Shared Resources LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer base within established budgetary levels.
• Manage sales staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet or exceed customer needs.
Market Share:
• Develop and execute marketing programs tailored to local demographics and market conditions.
• Analyze competitor pricing and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Participate in community events to build leads and raise awareness of the location.
Expense Management:
• Review and ensure compliance with pre-need contracts, HMIS, state, and federal laws.
• Approve discounts and prepare reports to demonstrate financial control compliance.
Operations Support:
• Maintain sales materials, training manuals, and sales equipment.
• Ensure sales programs, incentives, and presentations align with company policies and budgets.
Compliance:
• Ensure sales staff adhere to the Code of Conduct and obtain necessary licensure.
• Maintain sales practices in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements:
• High school or equivalent education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales experience not required, but preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and insurance license as required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work beyond standard business hours as needed.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on quality customer service.
