Director of Regional Sales and Growth

At Hyperfine, Inc., we are revolutionizing patient care globally through transformational, accessible, clinically relevant diagnostic imaging. We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Regional Sales and Growth to drive sales of our innovative products into their defined geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the territory plan to achieve quota/revenue growth goals, which will include both tactical and strategic thinking/planning.
- Collaborate with team members across the Hyperfine organization to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
- Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) or quarterback for the customer throughout the sales process and customer lifecycle.
- Manage a complex sale with multiple work streams moving simultaneously to achieve system/unit sales of Swoop.
- Travel within the defined region to meet customers in person as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of medical device sales experience.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. Additionally, Hyperfine offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
