You will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, implementing clinical best practices, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will provide direct patient care at the top of your RN scope of practice, using the nursing process to analyze patient data and coordinate care activities with other healthcare team members.
