Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As an integral part of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working day shifts with the possibility of overtime. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. Your expertise in ambulatory care will enable you to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients across their lifespan.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication between care providers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to foster a positive and supportive care environment
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ambulatory care through ongoing education and training

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

* A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
* Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
* Licensure in states where care is delivered
* 18 months of professional nursing experience in an ambulatory setting
