Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a Comprehensive Nursing Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting.

About the Role

This role emphasizes patient-focused care and actively engages in teaching and support via various methods, including telehealth. You will work closely with patients to assess their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and develop personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment
  • Coordinate care through assessment, planning, and effective communication
  • Facilitate care coordination using the nursing process
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited registered nursing school
  • 18 months of professional nursing experience
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
