Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group. About the Role

This Clinical Supervisor position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes, streamline processes, and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and development
  • Development and implementation of clinical best practices
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Identification of areas for process improvement and development of solutions
  • Monitoring and evaluation of clinical quality metrics

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
  • Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • 3 years demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation
  • 3 years experience providing patient education

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $64,350 - $98,383 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and paid time off.
