Clinical Nursing and Quality Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nursing and Quality Leader to join our team at Providence Medical Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and patient care to our organization.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Nursing and Quality Leader will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, providing coaching and mentoring, developing and implementing clinical best practices, and ensuring state and federal compliance. Additionally, this role will provide direct patient care at the top of RN scope of practice, using the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience. You will also need to be proficient in analyzing patient data and understanding the cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, spiritual, and chronological maturation process.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in an ambulatory setting, providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation, staff training, and performance evaluation are preferred. Additionally, experience providing patient education and having a Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification are also desirable.
