About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of clinical staff, providing coaching and mentoring, and implementing best practices in clinical care.

Job Summary

The Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor is an integral part of our clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective and expertise to drive quality improvement and uphold clinical standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, and development
  • Implementation of clinical best practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Clinical education and training of staff members
  • Performance evaluation and talent management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Associate Nursing degree with at least 3 years of recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • At least 3 years of experience managing complex patients or successful completion of an RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to support staff in outpatient/ambulatory care settings
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in ambulatory settings
  • Demonstrated experience with progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and performance evaluation
  • Experience providing patient education
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $47.98 - $75.94 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, and more.
