Clinical Nursing Supervisor

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
Salary$47.98 - $75.94 per hour, plus additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials and overtime pay.
Job SummaryThe Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor plays an integral role in the clinic leadership team, bringing professional nursing expertise to uphold clinical practice standards. This position oversees clinical staff performance, provides coaching and mentoring, develops and implements clinical best practices, and empowers caregivers to deliver patient-focused care.
Responsibilities- Oversight of clinical staff performance, including coaching and mentoring.
- Development and implementation of clinical best practices.
- Empowerment of caregivers to deliver patient-focused care.
- Leadership and management of clinical teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- An Associate Nursing degree with at least 3 years recent RN experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
- 3 years demonstrated experience with progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
- 3 years experience providing patient education.
