Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Providence Careers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position in the Patient Care (Non-Acute) department, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to patients in an ambulatory care environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to provide comprehensive care coordination through the use of the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct and telephonic/telehealth care encounters
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • An Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
  • 18 months of professional nursing experience
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $44,000-$66,000 per year, based on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
