Job DescriptionThe RN Charge Nurse position at Providence Portland Medical Center offers an opportunity to lead a team of skilled nurses in the Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit. This is a 0.9 FTE night shift role, requiring the ability to work rotating weekends. As a leader on our team, you will oversee patient care, manage staff, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee patient care and develop individualized plans
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and CNAs
- Maintain a safe and efficient environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
- A competitive salary, ranging from $55.95 to $77.13 per hour, based on experience
