Role Purpose:
As the Service Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in the effective management of our Service Department. Your duties will encompass overseeing workflow, scheduling repairs, assembling bicycles, documenting services, and assisting customers on the sales floor. Your primary objective is to guarantee that every customer departs with a positive cycling experience, reflecting our values throughout the process.

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Environment: In-person
Schedule:
· 45-55 hours per week.
· 5 days per week, with the possibility of a 6th day if necessary.
· Shifts may include weekdays and weekends.
· 8+ hour shifts.
