Job Summary:

The Technical Implementation Specialist is responsible for the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitoring life safety systems and utilities, and administering the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local regulations. This role is a key part of the Performance Hospitality Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining the highest level of service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for all property and equipment
  • Monitor and maintain life safety systems and utilities to ensure compliance with corporate/franchise standards and local regulations
  • Administer the department, including supervising staff and managing budgets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, life safety systems, and utilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
