Business Development Manager

Red Frog Solutions is seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the document management space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation and prospecting activities to maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Qualify, research, and develop leads into viable sales opportunities
• Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and presentations to secure new business
• Negotiate agreements and close sales
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on document management sales
• Strong hunter mentality, with the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunities
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and winning competitive account sales
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
