Account Manager Role Overview
Oticon is seeking a skilled Account Manager to lead sales efforts in the Indiana region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a sales budget, establishing strong relationships with customers and distribution partners, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a sales budget and achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and distribution partners
- Identify new business opportunities and create target call plans to increase sales
- Participate in national and regional healthcare conventions and exhibits to promote and grow relationships
- Effectively communicate product information to customers and travel extensively to visit customers in the assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in medical device sales and sales territory management
- Audiology degree helpful
- Proven ability to grow revenues in a portfolio
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
