Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Grainger Businesses. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth by developing and executing strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
* Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* 3+ years of direct outside sales experience
* Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, opportunity management, and customer planning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
