We are currently seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our dedicated Benefits team. This role is crucial in enhancing our employee support and benefit offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the administration of our comprehensive Health & Welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and fertility programs.
- Oversee the 401(k) plan and coordinate leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding benefits and leave inquiries.
- Collaborate with various internal departments such as Human Resources, Payroll, and Legal to address complex issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with benefits brokers and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Open Enrollment process.
- Enhance existing benefit documentation and processes to align with best practices.
You possess 1-2 years of professional experience in benefits administration, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree. You have a keen attention to detail and are skilled in problem-solving, particularly with data analysis. Your ability to communicate effectively across departments is essential, as is your commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
You are self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines. You enjoy collaborating with others to improve benefit offerings and are open to learning new systems as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:The hourly range for this position is competitive and based on various factors including experience and skill set. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
