Collectors is a premier innovator in technology, delivering value-added services to collectors globally. We specialize in grading, authenticating, securing, and trading millions of record-breaking collectibles, while continually modernizing and digitizing our processes to support our mission of empowering collectors in their pursuits.
We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our dedicated Benefits team, focused on enhancing employee support and benefit offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of Collectors' Health & Welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, fertility, and various other benefits, along with our 401(k) plan and leave of absence management.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees into our benefits programs and play a crucial role during Open Enrollment.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as People Operations, Payroll, Legal, Accounting, IT, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition on various projects and complex issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers and vendors to address employee inquiries, fulfill compliance requirements, and implement changes or enhancements to our benefit plans.
Who You Are:
- You possess 1-2 years of professional experience in Benefits, ideally with a Bachelor's Degree.
- You have a keen attention to detail and a strong auditing capability.
- You are an analytical problem solver who enjoys working with data and developing solutions.
- You excel in collaboration and communication across various departments, including leadership, employees, Benefits Brokers, third-party administrators, and auditors.
- You are committed to providing excellent customer service to employees regarding benefits and leave of absence inquiries.
Compensation:
The hourly range for this position is $20 - $33, with actual compensation determined by various non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
