We are seeking a results-driven and competitive sales professional to join our team as a Residential Account Executive.

About the Opportunity

As a Residential Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain business relationships in an assigned geographic region, focusing initially on multi-family communities, with potential expansion into other residential verticals such as students, athletes, military, real estate, and more.

This is a challenging and rewarding full-time, outside sales position that requires driving up to 5 days a week. You will have the chance to work alongside a tenured team, providing career growth and mentorship opportunities.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000, plus commission, with an OTE of $90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve market share growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase sales and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software, specifically Salesforce, to manage sales pipeline and account activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue growth and customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with property management technology, such as Yardi, Onsite, or RealPage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
