Summary:


As a Lead Product Strategist, you will deliver significant value to both Business and IT stakeholders through the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software products and enhancements. This role involves leading and mentoring multiple agile teams or a complex agile product team.

Your leadership will focus on developing a skilled team and ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards. You will oversee the team's actions, providing hands-on direction and guidance on system integrations and cloud technologies.

Engagement with customers and stakeholders in Sales Operations and the Healthcare domain is crucial to ensure the delivery of a robust, scalable product consistently.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 2-6 business analysts.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of one or multiple complex software products aligned with business needs.
  • Drive key business relationships for the product(s).
  • Conduct research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information relevant to the product(s).
  • Create and maintain an actionable backlog of product requirements.
  • Define and communicate prioritization of product requirements with a focus on business value and trade-offs.
  • Assist in translating product backlog requirements into user stories.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment on product vision and value delivery.
  • Evaluate business risks, issues, and impediments faced by the product team and assist in resolving them.
  • Monitor product progress throughout the sprint and make critical decisions regarding the acceptance of completed work.
  • Support product team members in engaging with stakeholders, building a backlog, and delivering work.
  • Maintain an analytical perspective during crises and support resolution efforts.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable for delivering measurable, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results.
  • Take ownership of complex products, features, components, or solutions and their associated performance metrics.
  • Ensure team decisions align with project/product priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Utilize budget and financial information to support staffing and business planning efforts.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace valuing diversity and individual differences.
  • Engage in process analysis to identify areas for improvement using Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Present results and/or demonstrations tailored to various audiences.

Mandatory Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, and other agile development frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing the design and delivery of highly technical and complex large-scale products.
  • Sound knowledge of emerging technologies focusing on cloud products, SaaS platforms, or Enterprise Applications.

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to make decisions and set clear priorities.
  • Proven ability to recognize value and manage investments to maximize delivered value.
