RESUMEN:


El Lead Business Intelligence Strategist será responsable de definir y promover las mejores prácticas en la presentación visual de información mediante técnicas efectivas de informes y visualización.

Dirigirá y apoyará a la Comunidad de Práctica de BI, fomentando las mejores prácticas en inteligencia empresarial a lo largo de la organización.

FUNCIONES:

  • Liderar el desarrollo de activos estratégicos de informes y visualización que respalden iniciativas clave del programa.
  • Colaborar con el departamento de TI corporativo para definir y entregar una plataforma tecnológica que satisfaga las necesidades de informes ad hoc y empresariales.
  • Diseñar, construir y mantener informes sofisticados y paneles interactivos utilizando herramientas de BI como Tableau, Power BI o similares.
  • Desarrollar visualizaciones atractivas para comunicar ideas a partir del análisis de datos e iniciativas de IA.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con diversas unidades de negocio para comprender los requisitos de datos y traducirlos en información significativa y procesable.
  • Asegurar la precisión e integridad de los datos mediante procesos exhaustivos de validación y pruebas.
  • Proporcionar capacitación y apoyo a los usuarios empresariales sobre el uso efectivo de herramientas de informes y paneles.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y avances en tecnología de BI y técnicas de visualización de datos.

REQUISITOS:

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en inteligencia empresarial, análisis de datos o un campo relacionado, con un sólido portafolio que demuestre competencia en herramientas de BI como Tableau, Power BI o plataformas similares.
  • Dominio de SQL y familiaridad con lenguajes de programación como Python o R.
  • Sólido entendimiento de conceptos de almacenamiento de datos, SQL y modelado de datos.
  • Habilidades analíticas excepcionales y capacidad para resolver problemas con meticulosa atención al detalle.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación con la capacidad de involucrar y educar a las partes interesadas sobre ideas basadas en datos.
  • Capacidades de liderazgo demostradas en la orientación y mentoría de miembros del equipo y en la conducción de iniciativas interfuncionales.
  • Certificación de Asociado Desarrollador de Databricks para Apache Spark, Certificación de Soluciones de AWS o certificaciones relevantes.

EDUCACIÓN:

  • Título universitario en Tecnología de la Información, Ciencias de la Computación, Ciencia de Datos o un campo relacionado.
  • Título avanzado preferido.
