Business Development Director

Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share for RGA Reinsurance Company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and provide expert-level support to clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and industry partners
  • Provide expert-level support to clients and brokers, including underwriting, pricing, and product development
  • Manage and analyze business performance data to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • 7+ years of management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the healthcare insurance or reinsurance industry
  • Advanced degree or certification in a related field
  • Proven track record of business growth and development
