About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Center LLC. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying high-volume viable leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new customers leveraging existing leads and building your own target lists based on key segments of interest.
  • Engage prospects via cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client base.
  • Qualify prospective leads using Center's best practice methodology.
  • Orchestrate discussions around business needs with senior leaders for prospective customers.
  • Strategize and work with top-producing Account Executives.
  • Map prospective accounts and engage in targeted leads.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage a growing pipeline in an efficient and productive manner.
Requirements
  • One year of directly related experience preferred with a clear track record of exceeding goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings.
  • A history of evangelical sales is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool(s) to manage leads, activities, and your pipeline.
  • Proficient on the Microsoft suite of software.

The Business Development Representative pay transparency OTE range is $70k-$90k annually + equity.
