Job Description

Spartronics LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities in the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device & Life Sciences, and Industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and referral sources to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Drive deals valued at $10M or more by engaging with key decision-makers at the executive level.
  • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on business development strategies and ensure success.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in EMS industry business development, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Advanced communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences and negotiate at the highest levels.
  • In-depth understanding of EMS-related certifications and ITAR compliance.
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • Residency: Must reside in the United States and be a US Citizen.
