Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Business Development to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading our construction business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction business development, preferably with residential construction and flooring experience.
