Key Responsibilities:

Sales Initiatives:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and recommend additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Quotation Handling:

  • Prepare and manage quotations with a focus on accuracy and promptness.

Communication Oversight:

  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.

Accounts Management:

  • Oversee the collection of payments from clients.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Manage shipping processes and provide clients with timely updates.

Proactive Outreach:

  • Conduct outreach calls to key clients to strengthen relationships.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in finalizing sales and provide essential information to clients.

Inventory Oversight:

  • Ensure product availability for order fulfillment.

Safety Management:

  • Supervise safety measures for logistics personnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer account management or sales.
  • Retail sales experience is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues professionally.
  • Capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Working Conditions:
