  • Assist with reservations for dining and local tours as requested.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries within 24 hours and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional communication across various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
  • Collaborate with vendors to arrange additional services for guests.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members to achieve common goals.

Standards of Service:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide detailed information about services and events.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of public areas in collaboration with housekeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-end guest service environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
