Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests, using their names to create a personal connection.
- Provide comprehensive information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Stay informed about events and activities in the surrounding area.
- Promote hotel amenities, including dining options and recreational facilities.
- Assist with reservations for dining and local tours as requested.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries within 24 hours and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication across various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
- Collaborate with vendors to arrange additional services for guests.
- Foster positive relationships with team members to achieve common goals.
Standards of Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide detailed information about services and events.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of public areas in collaboration with housekeeping.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to meet guest needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-end guest service environments is preferred.
