Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming orders efficiently.
  • Address all post-order inquiries, including shipping concerns, backorders, estimated delivery times, and order discrepancies.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries related to products or services.
  • Identify and address customer issues and complaints by determining the root cause, proposing effective solutions, and facilitating prompt corrective actions.
  • Refer complex customer inquiries to the Customer Relations Manager for further assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Process return goods authorizations (RGAs) and credits.
  • Participate in product training sessions and proactively learn about MaxLite products and promotions.
  • Communicate with clients through various channels, including email and phone.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve product-related inquiries.
  • Assist with additional tasks within the customer relations department as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of lighting products is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented with precise documentation abilities.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a creative approach to resolving issues.
