Overview:

The Pantry Coordinator is a vital hourly role dedicated to delivering outstanding service to Suite Owners and Suite Administrators. This position plays a crucial part in assisting the Suites Manager with daily operations and the organization of event-related information. The ideal candidate must possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate effective communication with suite holders and administrators.
  2. Engage in food and beverage sales activities.
  3. Organize and maintain the QUEST system.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Coordinate with Suite Owners and Administrators to ensure a seamless game day experience.
  6. Respond promptly to inquiries via calls and emails.
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including specials and services.
  8. Update and manage Suite Owner information confidentially.
  9. Efficiently enter orders into the QUEST system and generate necessary reports.
  10. Upsell menu items professionally and finalize billing inquiries.
  11. Compile and organize reports, perform calculations, and update information as needed.
  12. Maintain positive relations with both internal and external contacts.
  13. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  14. Ensure the Suites office is well-maintained, including its equipment and supplies.
  15. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
