Your Role

As a Cash Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales performance and bottom-line profitability of our Operations team. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile cash and check transactions daily
  • Conduct daily sales audits and reconcile cash office profile register drawer
  • Lead and support all bank deposits and banking needs
  • Manage red bags and media handling
  • Process WHIRL inquiries as assigned
  • Support tax-exempt and sales tax record needs
  • Support the marketing exceptions process
  • Resolve escalated customer credit inquiries and credit disputes
  • Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience is recommended
  • Experience in handling money and excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
  • Associates must be able to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
