Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Coordinator within our Airport Operations Center. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and communication within our security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming communications to the Airport Operations Center.
  • Adhere to established protocols for documenting and reporting personnel sick calls to management.
  • Coordinate the sourcing and confirmation of coverage for vacant positions, ensuring all reports are accurately maintained.
  • Promptly report any service disruptions to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Maintain up-to-date contact lists and employee eligibility statuses.
  • Effectively communicate any incidents reported by security personnel to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects as required by the operations team.
  • Ensure timely distribution of coverage memos with precise information.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Previous experience in aviation or call center environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and provide necessary identification for verification.
