Facility Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Coordinator to manage the maintenance and operational effectiveness of our dealership facilities.

This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities related to facility upkeep, including landscape management, snow removal, general maintenance of the building, and collaboration with external service providers for heating, cooling, roofing, network systems, EV charging, and repair services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans to maintain an appealing and tidy dealership environment.
  • Coordinate snow removal and ice management operations during winter to ensure safe access and parking.
  • Conduct or supervise general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as necessary.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers, including heating and cooling specialists, roofing contractors, network system experts, and EV charging station providers.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks performed by external contractors, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Monitor dealership facilities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate building repairs, renovations, and construction projects as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs for future reference.
  • Identify and resolve facility-related issues while implementing preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a similar field.
  • Understanding of landscaping techniques, snow removal methods, and general maintenance practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong sense of responsibility.
