Facility Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Coordinator to manage the maintenance and operational functionality of our dealership premises.

This position entails overseeing various facets of facility upkeep, including landscape management, snow removal, general property maintenance, and collaboration with external service providers for HVAC systems, roofing, network infrastructure, EV charging stations, and building repairs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage landscape maintenance tasks to ensure a visually appealing and well-kept dealership environment.
  • Coordinate snow removal and ice management efforts during winter to ensure safe access and parking.
  • Conduct or supervise general maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as necessary.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers, including HVAC specialists, roofing contractors, network technicians, and EV charging service providers.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks performed by external contractors, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor dealership facilities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage building repairs, renovations, and construction projects as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs for future reference and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve facility-related issues while implementing preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and operational interruptions.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
  • Understanding of landscaping practices, snow removal methods, and general maintenance procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with effective task prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating accountability and ownership.
