Job Title: IT Pathway Director

About the Role

The IT Pathway Director will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the University's IT Pathway program. This includes leading a team of professionals to design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the IT Pathway program, including curriculum design, instructor training, and program evaluation.
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of the IT industry.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure that the IT Pathway program is aligned with industry needs and trends.
  • Develop and manage the program budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise instructors to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, including employers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for program improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT program management, training and education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supervisory or management roles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
