Program Manager

Harvard Partners Trusted IT Advisors is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our clients' complex, mission-critical, and strategic programs. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing contract support operations, overseeing program budgets, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Manage contract support operations for complex programs, including multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
  • Leadership: Utilize proven leadership skills to organize, direct, and deploy resources with broad technical, business, and industry expertise.
  • Financial Management: Oversee program budget, schedules, and all aspects of financial management of the program.
  • Client Management: Serve as focal point of contact with client regarding all program activities.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Certifications: PMP or Certified Agile Professional (SSGI-CAP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Work Environment: Willing to accommodate a hybrid work environment
