Job OverviewAt Creative Pathways, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional care to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members to promote growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work, counseling, or psychology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current license to practice (LICSW, LPC) in the District of Columbia.
  • At least five years post-masters paid experience with at least two years providing supervision.
  • Valid clinical licensure and two years experience post licensure providing clinical supervision to staff.
  • Minimum of five years supervisory experience working in a community mental health or dual diagnosis program.
  • Understanding and ability to implement theories of biological, psychological, and social development.
  • Familiarity with the current DSM.
  • Ability to apply clinical judgment, ethics, and accountability to formulate best practices in quality of care.
