Program Manager

Harvard Partners Trusted IT Advisors is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our contract support operations for complex, mission-critical, and strategic programs. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations, utilizing your proven leadership skills to organize, direct, and deploy resources with broad technical, business, and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee program budget, schedules, and all aspects of financial management of the program.
  • Effectively manage funds, personnel, production standards, and resources (equipment and facilities) and ensure quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.
  • Serve as focal point of contact with client regarding all program activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • PMP or Certified Agile Professional (SSGI-CAP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification.
  • Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) certification.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Willingness to accommodate a hybrid work environment.
