Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of the Resilient Energy and Infrastructure Solutions team at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients within the Department of Defense with their strategic initiatives in public policy, finance, project management, and engineering.

Your Role:

In the capacity of a Defense Energy and Climate Operations Analyst, your expertise in business operations will be instrumental in enhancing the operational efficiency of our federal clients. You will engage with cutting-edge energy technology projects, including vehicle electrification, fleet decarbonization, EV charging infrastructure, and renewable energy microgrids. Your contributions will be vital in shaping innovative business processes and practices that align with their objectives and optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with clients globally, enhancing communication and workflow through collaborative efforts.
  • Utilize your autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit to develop expertise in policy and program management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with federal entities, particularly the Department of Defense.
  • At least 1 year of experience in support of executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with task management systems.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

Compensation:

Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 annually.
