Your Role:

In the capacity of a Defense Energy and Climate Operations Analyst, your expertise in business operations will be instrumental in enhancing the operational efficiency of our federal clients. You will be at the forefront of energy-technology advancements, encompassing initiatives like vehicle electrification, fleet decarbonization, EV charging infrastructure, and renewable energy microgrids. Your contributions will help shape innovative business processes and practices that align with their strategic objectives and optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with clients globally, enhancing communication and workflow through collaborative efforts.
  • Utilize your autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit to develop expertise in policy and program management.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with federal entities, particularly the Department of Defense.
  • 1+ years of experience in supporting executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with task management systems.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
