Your Role:
In the capacity of a Defense Energy and Climate Operations Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in business operations to enhance the operational efficiency of our federal clients. These clients are at the forefront of energy-technology advancements, including initiatives in vehicle electrification, fleet decarbonization, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, installation resilience, and renewable energy microgrids. Your contributions will be vital in shaping innovative business processes and practices that align with their strategic objectives and optimize resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with clients globally through collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing communication and workflow.
- Utilize your autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit to develop expertise in policy and program management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with federal entities, particularly the Department of Defense.
- At least 1 year of experience in support of executive leadership.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with senior management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with task management systems.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet specific eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

Compensation:
