Community Support Specialist

UMHS, Inc. is seeking a qualified Community Support Technician to join our team in the Wilmington area. As a Community Support Technician, you will work one on one with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, providing Community and Living Supports and Community Networking services.
Responsibilities:- Assist individuals with daily living needs and habilitative skills
- Provide support and guidance in community settings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical insurance (full-time only)
- Dental insurance
- Vision insurance
