Desktop Support Specialist

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing swift and professional IT support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on resolving desktop problems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and collaborating with other support groups to troubleshoot complex issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of support activities, participating in disaster recovery testing, and contributing to the development of technical documentation.
